Carolyn
As well as selling real estate, I am a very active member of the community. I raised my family with a strong sense of culture and enjoy working for a company built on the belief that giving back benefits everyone. I have been involved in non-profit boards for over 40 years. My expertise has been organizing and chairing fund raising events, an undertaking which has been both fun and educational. When it comes to working with a crowd I have the ability to get a person to see things from other side; negotiating a transaction needs a certain “je ne sais quoi” that only years of social experience can provide.
I have also been a member of the Urban Tour Group and as a member I provide walking tours of Portland for both children and adults. I love this city and would love to show you around. I have been a member of the Million Dollar Club since my first year in real estate. In the year 2000, when the Club instituted the Diamond designation ($5,000,000 in one year) and the Platinum designation($5,000,000 for 5 years consecutively), I qualified and continue to qualify, even in these tough times. I have been in the top 10% of all Realtors® my entire real estate career.

As a member of The Hasson Green Team, I am continuously studying and learning about how to improve the planet. I have taken the required course to learn the special skills it takes to become an Accredited Buyer's Representative. I constantly update these skills with a bi-monthly publication written by national real estate professionals. This has enabled me to be better prepared and to have the tools that not every Realtor® possesses. I will always use everything I have learned to your benefit. Rummer Home Specialist
For 23 years, I lived in and loved my home built by Bob Rummer. Rummer designed his plans after he and his wife visited the Eichler homes in the San Francisco Bay area. These homes are a wonderful example of mid-century modern. They have a number of unique features with which I am familiar. Sharing my knowledge with sellers and buyers puts me at an advantage.
Robin
Growing up as a third generation Portlander, Robin has an "in" on the neighborhoods of this city. She's watched them change, seen them develop, and lived in them. Robin has spent her entire career in customer service. She enjoys working with clients and developing a relationship beyond the office. Robin considers everything about a person when trying to find the perfect place for them to get the most out of their lives. "There is something out there for everyone. I've lived in a Rummer home and have an affinity for mid-century modern, but I like getting to know each individual's style. I've helped people downsize into the Pearl and expand out to Scappoose. You have to find what's right for you."
Robin is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and takes continuing education seriously. Twice a year she attends the continuing education opportunities series to make sure that she is up to date on the most current information.
Robin's real niche in real estate is bridging the gap between the generations. She works closely with her mother, Carolyn, to make sure that every client gets the attention to detail and level of professionalism that only a team can provide. In the past, Robin has generously donated her time to such non-profit boards as the Jewish Federation Board and the National Council of Jewish Women. She currently works diligently on the board of the Arabian/Half-Arabian Club of Oregon. "Community commitment has always played a strong role in my life. It's a large part of my family and an important way to enhance the communities in which we live."
In her free time, Robin is an avid horse rider. She took up riding as an adult and has owned her horse Eddie since 2005. "With strength, determination and the Weinstein team by your side, you can do anything!"
